Technical Safety Process Ingenieurs

For a pharma Project Team, I am searching for 2x Technical Safety Ingenieurs to act as process owners for one or more of the technical safety processes; Functional Safety, Machine Safety etc.

Responsibilities

• Be the process and content knowledge owner so that you will be able to give advice on technical safety topics and can coordinate between external specialists, maintenance, engineering, EHS department and operations.
• Improve the technical safety aspects of all the assets at the Geel and Beerse sites by initiating required projects.
• PSV and RD calculations
• Orifice calculations
• Hydraulic calculations

Profile

• Focus and deep-seated understanding and dedication to safety
• Ability to make decisions across business units with authority
• Encourages and supports the identification and development of innovative engineering solutions to technical safety problems and opportunities
• Experience with calculations of RD (Rupture Disc), PSV (Pressure Safety Valve), hydraulics etc.
